Awaken and align your body with the Bikram Yoga sequence. 26 postures and 2 Breathing exercises work 100% of the body in a 60 minute format. The standing postures pre- exhaust major muscles, improve strength, stamina and flexibility and sharpen mental focus. The floor practice focuses on Spine Strengthening postures to counter the modern western lifestyle of long periods of sitting and stress. A great practice for beginners to advanced practitioners. Key postures are practiced twice which is ideal for learning correct alignment & going deeper into the body. There is also a "rest" between poses to allow the body to begin to assimilate the benefits of the posture. This is a specific and unique series known for its Diagnostic and Therapeutic benefits.
