Yin Yoga is the relaxed practice of floor postures with long holds for the safe expansion of the joints and connective tissues of the hips, low back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles. Yin is practiced in a normal temperature room which allows you to effectively create space in the connective tissues. The postures taught in each practice counter the long hours of sitting in cars and at desks on computers, all part of our modern day world which leads to the shortening of muscles and connective tissues. Options and modifications are offered in each sessions for all levels.
This practice allows the nervous system time to unwind from the daily stresses of living that are held deep in the body. Yin Yoga is complementary to vigorous exercise and more active forms of yoga, especially beneficial for healing injuries. Unplug from smartphones, computers and the busy details of life. take time for yourself to relax and breathe.

Hatha Yoga is to build strength, improve flexibility and increase stamina. the practice includes Spine Strengthening and Pranayama for Lung Health. Qigong "energy cultivation" nourish your energy for a strong immune system!

Yang Yoga- Strength in Movement
Traditional Hatha Yoga/Ghosh Lineage is known for the focus on the health of the spine. The practice consists of postures that are accessible and appropriate for the western modern day life.
Starting with standing postures that systematically move freshly oxygenated blood throughout the body restoring balance to the inner systems. Increase muscle tone, flexibility, and improve your balance and coordination. The floor practice consists of Spine Strengthening postures.
Mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Traditional Hatha Yoga coordinates breathing and physical movement, improves focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. You are encouraged to work your own level respecting what is your appropriate movement in each practice.
