Using my extensive understanding of the human body and psyche, I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never knew you had.The road of yoga is endless — it all starts with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth. I transitioned to offering only Online live classes only and recorded sessions March 2020, adapting to the needs to our current day modern world. Online classes offer greater accessibility with peace of mind.

Yin Yoga classes for all levels. Simple yet powerful floor stretches with long holds that are accessible to everyone offering a whole lot relief from stress and tension. Emphasis on appropriate movement, options given for injuries.
Yang Yoga- Strength in Movement
Traditional Hatha Yoga/Ghosh Lineage is known for the focus on the health of the spine. The practice consists of postures that are accessible and appropriate for the western modern day life.
Starting with standing postures that systematically move freshly oxygenated blood throughout the body restoring balance to the inner systems. Increase muscle tone, flexibility, and improve your balance and coordination. The floor practice consists of Spine Strengthening postures.
Mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Traditional Hatha Yoga coordinates breathing and physical movement, improves focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. You are encouraged to work your own level respecting what is your appropriate movement in each practice.
