Maintaining your yoga practice is a way to practice self care during this challenging time. Caregiving for loved ones and continuing to work in these different circumstances it is more important than ever to allow yourself a window of time daily, or several times a week to unplug. It is vital to your good health.

Mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Traditional Hatha Yoga coordinates breathing and physical movement, improves focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Deep breathing(pranayama) which is practiced in Traditional Hatha Yoga has the ability to clear toxins from the body. Once these toxins are no longer contaminating your body, you will be able to feel your mind is free. It is then much easier to see life in a positive way.
